• Head of SMB Australia and New Zealand overseeing >45% of ANZ revenue from ~500 independent agencies and ~1,500 small and medium clients.
• Responsible for day-to-day operations (third-line manager) and strategy of 8 managers and their ~45 direct reports including existing and new business as well as cross-functional teams such as L&D, Q&A and reporting to ensure growth of revenue and primary KPIs (product adoption, active clients etc.)
• Accountable for improving business health, achieving targets, leading people, defining local goals, relocating physical offices and representation of leadership (QBRs, quarterly kick-offs, strategic planning sessions etc.) resulting in continuous >10% y/y growth and expansion of SMB scope.
• Implemented new team structure to counter declining inbound direct business shifting strategic focus on enabling access to higher service products for head of book, scaled programs to grow torso and strategic outbounding to drive new business resulting in >40% growth in longtail.
• Dealt with continuous attrition (~70% of team in 2x quarters) ensuring business continuity through succession planning and monthly people performance assessments improving onboarding.
• Represented SMB within the broader ANZ market and the local market within the global SMB organisation reporting directly to the JAPAC Director.

• Lead for new and existing agency business in Australia and New Zealand, representing >20% of the market’s total revenue growing at ~45% y/y focusing on the small and mid-market segment.
• Defined strategy, go-to-market, revenue projections, talent sourcing, team composition and input & output metrics for 3 managers and their ~20 direct reports (vendor operations).
• Conducted weekly business reviews, call on business and gap to goal plans to ensure target achievement at an average of 100% to goal with steep double-digit y/y growth ambitions.
• Improved health of book of business by derisking client portfolio through moving service up market (including HoldCos), strengthening C-level relationships, improving market visibility through scaled events and marketing programs, international expansion and implementing data-driven new business go-to-market programs leading to >25% in new clients growth.
